BLOG: Healthy overnight oats

Anyone else struggling to eat healthily at the moment? Here's a great recipe for overnight oats, courtesy of Head of Food & Nut, Mel Christodoulou - complete with Nutrition table! 

Grab a Jar 

Kilner jars are great, but anything with a lid will do.

Add your liquid

 You will need to use a 2:1 ratio for liquid to oats. So for 100ml liquid, add 50g oats.

Add chia seeds and dried fruit at night

Chia seeds need time to absorb liquid and dried fruit will plump up overnight.

Add in any extra seeds and nuts, give it a stir and serve!

Stir in nuts and seeds in the morning – so they retain their texture. Add fresh fruit if you feel like it. Enjoy!
