We are thrilled to announce that Worksop College is partnering with the British Scuba Aqua Club to provide pupils, staff, friends and family with the opportunity to learn to scuba dive through BSAC’s Schools Partnership Scheme.

Worksop College are offering the opportunity to learn to become a SCUBA dive with the British Sub Aqua Club (BSAC) with one of the accredited BSAC Dive Centres, Diveworld.
Wannabe divers can choose to first take part in a SCUBA try dive on Sunday 24th April for as little as £35.
Those who get the dive bug, are age 12 or over and want to go on to learn to dive will have the opportunity to sign up to the below BSAC accredited Ocean Diver course. For those who are aged between 10 and 12 years can sign up to the alternative BSAC Discovery Diver course.

The BSAC Ocean Diver Course - £400 (12+ years old)
The Ocean Diver course entails is run over two days at Worksop College and entails both classroom theory lessons on day 1. On day to you will focus on the practical training in the swimming pool. This is then followed by 2 additional day’s practical open water training at Stoney Cove Dive Centre, Leicestershire.
All equipment is provided.
The BSAC Discovery Diver Course - £300 (10 to 12 years old)
The Discovery Diver course also entails the same two training days at Worksop College as the Ocean Diver course, but only entails 1 additional days day’s practical open water training at Stoney Cove Dive Centre, Leicestershire.
