Year 10 Take Derbyshire for Silver DofE

Last weekend, Year 10 students dusted off their hiking boots and gathered their camping supplies in a bid to complete their Silver DofE qualifier.

Published 25/04/22The Y13 girls enjoyed an academic trip to the Little Brunette Bakery in Southwell, designed and run by Amelia and Jessica Wells, who are both Old Worksopians. Amelia gave our students a tour of the bakery, and explained how the food safety is managed from deliveries and storage to preparation, cooking and serving.

Published 22/04/22St Cuthbert's Way is a 100km cross-border route, linking the English and Scottish boarders. This is one of the most beautiful and enjoyable long distance routes in Britain. With this in mind, a dedicated group of staff and students from Worksop College decided to take on this glorious route.
