iFLY Balanced Forces - Year 6
Year 6 have an opportunity to experience Skydiving as part of an exciting and educational Science trip. This will support the work that they have been doing on balanced forces. The balanced forces on a skydiver form the basis of many exam questions, not just at Key Stage 2, in Year 6, but again in Key Stages 3 and 4. So to actually experience those balanced forces should form a valuable learning experience, as well as being great fun. Being an educational group, our session will also involve a briefing about the Forces and the Science behind the skydiving before undertaking two “flights” per pupil.
