Proud to place wellbeing at the heart of school life.
As Independent School of the Year for Wellbeing, we are proud to place wellbeing at the heart of school life every day. During Mental Health Awareness Week, we further raised awareness of mental health and offering additional activities and opportunities for pupils throughout the week.
With a focus was on Action for Yourself 🧘♀️✨ - reminding pupils that even small everyday actions can make a big difference to mental health, especially during busy periods like exam season. Pupils were invited to take part in a mindfulness break in the Willow Hub to pause, reset and recharge.
Later during the week the team and school turned to Action for Someone Else 🤝💛, encouraging Random Acts of Kindness and reminding our community of the importance of connection, support and simply being there for one another.
At the end of the week, we reflected on how we can continue supporting positive mental health across the school through our Wellbeing Hub, PSHE programme, and how tutors, staff and pupils working together to ensure we are all in a positive frame of mind.
