After the success of last year’s Fireworks and Bonfire display, many wondered if we would be able to top it – but we did just that.
The evening began with a delicious BBQ, with locally-sourced sausages, British beef burgers, Quorn burgers and sausages - and for the sweet-toothed: toffee apples, ginger parkin and creamy hot chocolate were available throughout the evening.
Students, staff, family and friends were treated to a roaring bonfire, which was a welcome distraction from the November chill.
Our Worksop College Parents’ Association and Ranby Parents’ Group hosted a stall selling sweets and glow products.
1st Galaxy Fireworks were back for the third year running and they didn’t disappoint. The crowd were in awe of the fantastic 20-minute fireworks display to the soundtrack of The Greatest Showman.
Director of Marketing and Admissions, Leila Gold said:
