Sixth Form Academic Success

At Worksop College, what matters is the individual – their aspirations, their progress, and ultimately – ensuring they achieve the best possible results they are capable of.

This year, our Sixth Former’s achieved record-breaking Oxbridge results, with six places offered to students.

71% of our Sixth Former’s achieved grades A*-C, sending students to some of the finest institutions in the country, including many Russell Group universities.

 Headmaster Gavin Horgan said:

“A Worksop College education prepares young people for life – and I know that whether it is to join one of the finest universities in the country, to take the reins of the family business or to head for a vocational route, our pupils will achieve success in their endeavours. In this volatile time of school admissions, the support and advice of a school like ours make all the difference.”
