Nursery had our first ‘memorable experience’ of this term’s topic of ‘Why do you love me so much?’
In this engage stage of the project we had a visit from one of our parents with their baby daughter. She is 4 weeks old.
We enjoyed meeting them both and asked lots of questions. How do you look after a baby? What does she eat? What does she need?
The children were amazed at how small our visitor was and talked easily about how they have grown since they were babies.
We had a long discussion about things we can do now, that we couldn’t do when we were babies.
As part of the develop stage of our topic we will be looking at photographs of ourselves when we were babies. I wonder what we looked like?
