Speed School

  • A session focused on specific speed drills and training to improve performance in both team and individual sports.

  • Mountain biking around the Worksop College site. Proficiency required. Bikes that we have are aimed at adults and small adults. If you are small, please bring your own bike!

Wellbeing Art Project - 'The Art of Expressing'
