Day 3 | Wednesday - Get Active

Exercising makes you feel good! Regular physical activity is associated with a greater sense of well-being and lower rates of depression and anxiety across all age groups. What's more, there are so many activities to choose from; yoga, walking, sports - opportunities are endless.


To mark day three of Wellbeing Week, we will use of Wednesday afternoon games time to talk about the benefits of physical activity at the beginning of each activity session.
