EXEAT Application 23/24

We have a number of boarding places available during EXEATs. These places are allocated on first-come, first-served basis and can be booked per EXEAT, or for the entire term/year.

There will be an additional charge of £200 if you choose for your child to remain at school during an EXEAT weekend.

Please note: by law, you are still required to have a guardian during your time in the UK. Please request a copy of our Guardianship policy if you would like more information.

Please check*I understand that an additional £200 will be added to my termly Extras Bill for each EXEAT weekend selected and that it is my responsibility to inform my child’s Host family/Guardian that they will be remaining at school.I understand that if I cancel a booking within 7 days of the EXEAT, that the full £200 will be charged and added to my termly Extras Bill.I understand that if I wish to book onto an EXEAT weekend after the deadline, there will be an administration charge on £50.

What to expect on a EXEAT weekend:

Friday night activities and an evening meal.
Saturday activities programme, including a visit to a local place of interest, shopping centre excursion or group activity, off-site.
Sunday brunch and downtime, with a return to House by 5pm.
